OUR SUPPLY CHAIN

We care about where our products come from.

We only source products from manufacturers that have an ethical and sustainable approach to doing business.

Many products in our range are designed here in Australia and are manufactured in Australia or China.

Some items are lovingly handcrafted by artisan makers and we love to support creators by showcasing their talent and design skills. Learn more about their stories here.

We use carbon neutral shipping via Australia Post or Sendle to ship our products across Australia and worldwide to offset the carbon yield of sending parcels. Sendle uses a portion of each parcel cost to fund sustainability projects via South Pole Group.

We ship using recyclable cardboard boxes or our compostable shipping bags, fondly known as HEROPACKs, are used to ship your products with zero waste. Unlike traditional shipping mailers, our mailing bags are NOT made from plastic. Our mailers are made from mostly plant-based materials such as PLA and a certified compostable material. We also use compostable labels and tape.
